muga turnmill S42 CNC-Machining for Medical Technology and Precision Engineering

The muga turnmill S42 is designed for the production of precision parts (e.g. medical technology parts). It combines high precision machining with an excellent cost-performance ratio. With two complete turning spindles and a solid milling spindle (12,000 r.p.m., 10 kW), it offers a wide rage of uses.

With a capacity of 24 tools and an automatic tool changer (HSK40), the S42 is also perfectly suited for very complex parts (e.g. machining from 6 sides).

hanks to the 42 hollow spindle, the S42 is the perfect machine featuring an automatised bar feeder. You may choose an affordable 1m loader or a 3m oil-damped loader.
